Tracey brings with her over thirty years of experience in financial services, firstly in London with Hogg Robinson IFA, then working as a Discretionary Fund Manager for Adams & Remers Solicitors in Lewes and Thesis Asset Management at Gatwick and Brighton. She is studying towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner, has a BA Hons Degree in Financial Services and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI).

As our Investment Director, Tracey is charged with developing the firm’s Investment Philosophy in order to build the value of funds under management. “Without doubt, the best part of my role is when you know you have done a good job for a client and that your involvement in their life has made a positive difference,” says Tracey.

Tracey lives in Hurstpierpoint with husband Richard and son Oliver, aged 15. Her daughter, Sophie, is 21 and is studying medicine at Oxford University.  Outside of work, Tracey is Secretary of the local tennis club where she plays for the ladies’ teams and when not on court, she is often found enjoying a good walk with her dog in the fields around Hurstpierpoint. She also lists running, gardening, and cooking for friends as some of her favourite pastimes.

“After many years spent investing clients’ money I came to realise that something was missing – I wasn’t able to take the time to truly understand their goals. So, I made a change to my career path and became a fully holistic financial planner. This means I can more closely work with clients on their ‘bigger picture’ financial plan. I still get to practise my asset management skills as I also head up Herbert Scott’s Investment Committee and I’m very proud of the robust Investment Philosophy which I’ve helped create.”
